It is one chilly morning here in Kansas City and I am all to happy about it! Happy about cold weather, yep! It makes me feel like it really is time for the holidays and it is time for fun! Its not the best for running but its kind of funny because I come out of my running shell when its colder out.
Dinner this week is going to be easy but full of fun new treats! I am on a cooking kick at the moment so lets hope that is stays a bit! I really think I get an extra dose of energy before it gets really crazy out!

- Workout: Pilates

- Dinner: BBQ Chicken, Sweet Potato Fries and Salad
- Workout: 5 miles Run
