Oh my goodness I am hooked on broccoli. I could it eat it all the time thanks to this recipe!

Roasted Garlic and Lemon Broccoli
ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, stems cut off
- olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- juice of half a lemon
- salt and pepper
- sprinkle with nutritional yeast if vegan, if not, grate fresh parmesan Cheese
directions
Preheat over to 450 degrees. In a small roasting, place broccoli in a single layer in the pan. Drizzle olive oil to coat the broccoli. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. If you like crispy broccoli leave uncovered for 20 minutes, if you not, cover with foil for 20 minutes than take off till just lightly browned. Squeeze lemon juice over broccoli and grate fresh parmesan or nutritional yeast
