On this blog I like to write about the ups and the downs because everyone has them and life isnt peachy for everyone all the time. I write about healthy living (and my not so healthy living), my running highs (and lows) and everything in between! This is what I love to blog about (including some home projects because in real life, they take up a lot of my time!) and if you aren't a fan, please skip right over! Every since changing my lifestyle and making healthy living a priority, I love talking about it! I know it can be annoying sometimes but I love it! I am not obessed or even insecure about myself, I just like it! I am proud of the accomplishments I have made and happy with the person I have become. This change would have never happened if I wasnt jolted from my ideal reality to understand the life I lead now.
I sometimes write about the kids but honestly that is something that I don't want to put 100% out there, so while my blog seems health and fitness focused my life isn't always that! I love my kids and choose to live the life of a stay at home mom. I had a great, good paying job before having kids and some days I miss it a lot, most days I don't even have time to think about it! I take them to classes, to visit things around the city and almost every week we go to the Farmers Market! My girls see my healthy living and want to do it, I honestly couldnt be more excited about it and I know its instilling so much into them for a happy future that took me 30 years to find!
Something awful could happen tomorrow, my husband could lose his job, we could lose a loved one or just have a crappy day, I know that in the end, Everything is going to be alright. I have been close to hell before and found my way back. Everything really is alright!
